We finally did it! We were finally brave enough to move Colton to the toddler bed and into Paxton's room about two weeks ago. It took at least a solid week for Colton to stay in bed after we put him down, but since then he has done pretty well. The boys do pretty good sharing a room, and only talk for a few minutes after bedtime. Whoever wakes up first in the morning though definitely makes sure to wake up the other one!
We also moved Paxton to the top bunk bed. He thinks he is pretty cool stuff now, and I'm happy to say that he hasn't had any problems at all. However, since our bedroom is next door, he has started just knocking on the wall when he needs something instead of getting out of bed and coming into our room, or getting it himself.
{Don't mind the cape and mask, that is Paxton's usual attire lately}
I think we will be moving Colton onto the bottom bunk bed here in about a week. I am sure he will have a couple falls out of bed, but then he will love it. Then we can start on refurnishing the crib for our sweet baby girl!
