Last weekend we took a little family trip to Salt Lake. We headed down on Friday morning and our very first stop was to the Hogle Zoo. The boys loved it!
The seals were definitely one of the favorites, but Colton's favorite was the elephants and Paxton's was the rhinos.
After the zoo, we had some lunch then checked into the hotel. Brandon's parents were meeting us at the hotel later that night, so we all took some naps. When everyone was up and ready we walked over to the mall, then back to the hotel to meet up with Brandon's parents. The rest of the night we walked around the mall and temple square.
In the morning we toured the conference center, and then made a trip to Ikea. After some lunch, we made our way to Lagoon! Paxton was so so excited {that's what he told us over and over!} Paxton loved every single ride he went on. Colton however, only really liked the cars and the carousal.

Paxton is our little dare devil! He was so upset when he wasn't big enough to go on certain rides. His favorite ride was Puff the Dragon!
And here is Colton's favorite ride. Its the only one that a real smile made an appearance!
We stayed until Lagoon closed, then headed back to the hotel. On Sunday we made our way home, and the boys were so exhausted they both slept the entire ride home! That never happens!
It was a busy trip and we were able to pack a lot into it. It was a blast and we can't wait to do it again!
