Five months old! I still shock myself every time I say it. How can my baby be growing so fast!? And she has grown up so much in the last month. She is so much more alert and aware of what is going on around her. She has definitely decided that she likes her mom, and gets nervous whenever I let some one else hold her and leave her line of sight {which I kind of LOVE}.
Lexington has become a pro at rolling now, and we rarely find her in the same place, let alone the same position, that we left her in. She loves sleeping on her side and tummy. She has also found her feet and loves holding them and looking at them. She also had her toenails painted for the first time, and they are just the cutest little piggies I've ever seen.
Lexington has also gotten some control of her hands and is now able to grab things and take them directly to her mouth. If there is nothing to grab, then her hand is sent directly to her mouth. She has become quite interested in our food lately, so we have just started her on some cereals, which she loves.
Lexington has discovered her voice this past month, and she loves to do this little scream thing. ALL. DAY. LONG. It is pretty cute though. Month 5 may have been her least photogenic month so far, but these pics will definitely make you smile!
We love you our Sweet Lexington!
