After the wedding and reception, we decided that since we had to drive clear to Utah, we might as well make a trip out of it! We stayed the night in Salt Lake. We haven't ever stayed in a hotel with the boys, and they LOVED it! They were so happy when we got there {although it could have been because they spent the whole day being in church clothes with no where to run and be wild}. In the morning we did some shopping. We also went to the Hogle Zoo, and I must say it was a hit! Paxton loved the animals {his favorite were the sea lions}, the splash pad, and the Merry-Go-Round.
We had to head back to Pocatello that night for another reception at my parents' house. We had a good time there, too, although it was too short! We had to head home the next day. We loved having a little family vacation and definitely will be planning more of them!
