Since about October, Colton had been wanting to go to Lava to the hot pools for his birthday. He talked about it quite often. So of course we had to go! Most of the family was able to make it, and I think we all had a great time!
The next night, after the annual City of Pocatello {and Chubbuck} Christmas Light Tour - put on by my parents- we met at their house for cupcakes, ice cream and presents for our favorite 3 year old.
Colton was spoiled like crazy, and between his birthday and Christmas we are overflowing with toys! Some of his favorites though, were the Star Wars toys from Uncle Ryan and Aunt Brandi.
Since we went to Lava the night before, I wasn't able to make it to Winco to get a real birthday cake until like 9:00 at night {since I couldn't make one due to my kitchen being remodeled}, and by then all they had were some cupcakes! But they had minions on them so Colton loved them anyways.
Lexington was also quite the fan of the cupcakes, and I think its safe to say that she is pretty excited for her very own smash cake for her birthday next month!
It was a fun couple of nights and we are so thankful for everyone who loves and spoils Colton just as much as we do!
