Pocatello's fire station had an open house last Saturday, so of course we had to go! Both my parents, one of my sisters, my grandpa, and I took the boys {Brandon had to work.} I'm pretty sure they were the only two kids there with an entourage of five adults.
Paxton was thrilled with all the trucks and equipment that he got to play in and with.
Colton was a little under the weather that day, so he mostly just got held by Grandpa the whole time.
The boys got cute hats, stickers, coloring books, and cookies.
Paxton was also able to dress up like a real fireman! It was pretty cute, and we had to bribe him to take the stuff off.
Paxton also got to spray a real fire hose! He was kinda nervous? or maybe he was just concentrating really hard, but he was making great faces the whole time! Colton, of course, was not a fan of this type of water either.
They had a target that you were supposed to hit with the water.
Paxton was pretty proud of himself after his turn on the hose.
It was a lot of fun and I know we will be back next year for the open house!
